Rootwell Shipping Policy


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Times

Domestic (Australia): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, customs processing, or peak periods.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your confirmation email.


Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Rootwell has no control over customs processes and cannot predict these costs. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Rootwell is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local postal carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at muziandali@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at muziandali@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Rootwell is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
